The potential for this offer is huge. There is no limit on how many rentals you can make from now untill 03/31/08 when the offer expires. That means every day a new rental ( or if every day is to big of a hassle, so once a week or so) gets another 5,000 miles. Another take on this is that weekend rentals are usually cheaper, so if you pick up and return over the weekend three times(fri pickup sat dropoff, sat pickup sun drop off, sun pickup mon dropoff, you can get 15,000 miles a weekend.
