I'll very likely buy $50 worth of Pampers before January 31, 2009 so I'm planning to submit my receipts for that and get the $120 coupon booklet. The form doesn't say whether the products can be purchased in multiple transactions but I'm going to assume that's okay since it doesn't specify otherwise.

Just mail in the receipts and get the booklet.(Must be postmarked by Feb.14 2009)
